This custom 6-part series will allow schools to learn the foundations of executive functioning, how to teach executive functioning skills explicitly, and how to integrate them effectively into classrooms and school culture. This offering is geared toward school groups of at least 10 educators.

Faculty will learn strategies during 90-minute live webinars, analyzing which student challenges connect with each strategy and practicing how to help students learn and adopt the skill with the goal of student ownership. In between sessions, teachers will implement strategies with students, returning to the next session for reflection and further learning.

Topics covered include:

  • Comprehending new information with purpose, practice, and multisensory techniques
  • The Fundamentals of success and proven strategies in Organization, Planning, Time Management, Task Initiation, Attention and Working Memory, Metacognition, Cognitive Flexibility
