Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Philanthropy provides visionary leadership and strategy, major gift and foundation fundraising capacity, and day-to-day operational oversight and execution of Hill Learning Center’s comprehensive fundraising program. The Director will serve as an inspirational and effective leader of a small team, as well as the primary point of contact and philanthropic strategist across all organizational programs and initiatives. In addition, the Director will be a frontline fundraiser, overseeing a portfolio of prospects and donors and securing annual and major gift support while simultaneously facilitating the philanthropic activities of Hill Learning Center leadership.

Hill Learning Center is seeking a Lower School teacher for the 2024-25 school year.

This full-time position is responsible for teaching five sections throughout the day. Applicants should possess a strong foundation in multi-sensory programs and strategies and an eagerness to differentiate learning to help students reach their full potential. A teaching license is required for this position. Ideal candidates possess the following attributes: passionate about teaching, compassionate, highly organized, flexible, teacher-leader. Hill Learning Center provides the ideal teaching and learning environment through a 4:1 student to teacher ratio, 1:1 technology, a robust coaching and mentoring program, ample planning and collaborative planning time, and a personalized approach to professional growth.

Hill Learning Center is seeking reading tutors to deliver high dose literacy intervention tutoring using the 95 RAP program to struggling readers in local schools, both during the school day and after school. Applicants should have a background in the science of reading, experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to serving those farthest from opportunity.

Hill Tutoring is seeking driven and caring educators to join our team as reading/writing and/or math tutors. Our tutoring focuses on core skills and works toward building skill mastery. This is a dynamic opportunity to help students who face educational challenges and to improve their academic confidence. Applicants should be student focused and enthusiastic about implementing Hill’s proven methodology. We are seeking tutors who can provide 8-10 hours per week of instruction. Hill Tutoring provides:

• Starting at $35/hour
