This session provides strategies for students to improve academic and executive functioning skills necessary for comprehending and studying at the middle and high school levels.  These strategies address organization, intentional focus, self-advocacy, and note-taking and test-taking skills. Specific low-tech and high-tech tools support students as they learn to memorize facts, draw conclusions, and synthesize ideas.  Participants leave this session armed with tangible, ready-to-use strategies to embed in their classrooms.

Intended Audience: Middle & High School Educators/Administrators
