Everyone experiences worry or fear from time to time, but some fears and worries are persistent. During this engaging session, Dr. David Riddle will share signs and symptoms of anxiety at each developmental stage, discuss how the pandemic has played an exacerbating role in anxiety for children and adolescents, and review treatments for anxiety. Dr. David Riddle is the former Hill Learning Center Board Chair and is a clinical pediatric psychologist who specializes in attention and learning disorders.

 

About the Presenter:
Dr. David Riddle, Ph. D, is a licensed clinical psychologist and president of Chapel Hill Pediatric Psychology. He has more than 20 years’ experience in pediatric psychology, particularly in the field of attention and learning disorders. In addition to conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, Dr. Riddle provides children, adolescents, and adults with cognitive behavioral treatment around issues pertaining to the challenges of ADHD. He frequently conducts workshops for local and regional schools and community agencies on ADHD across the lifespan.
