HillMath Program Enjoys Early Success
The Hill Center kicked off its first two-day workshop last month to rave reviews. The program is in its early stages of implementation, but will go national this week (April 22-25) in Washington, DC, at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference. Workshop participants had the following to say about the program.
"HillMath really helps teachers get organized and plan systematically, by using oral drill, fluency, and number dictation, which in turn benefits our students, giving them a strong mathematical foundation." - Rehanna Sultana
"As an administrator of an RTI school, I have found this math program to be an invaluable resource. My teachers are finding many ways to target their instruction to their children's individual instructional needs." - Michele Woodson
"I really enjoyed the workshop. It was the best math workshop I have ever attended." - Franka McKinney
See ya in DC!!!
